It's still hard to believe that what once was a dream has been turned into reality. The house that you built for us is everything, and more than, we had expected. We just want to tell you how much we appreciate all your efforts in realizing our dream.

Your insistence on creating a residence that takes advantages of our building site, blends into the environment, and speaks to the quality on design, craftsmanship, and materials delights us every day. We appreciate all the design suggestions that you made along the way.

We were told building a home in Mexico could be a frustrating or even unpleasant experience. Not with you -- the journey from taking our desires and ideas from rough sketches to the day we moved in has been a real joy.

The following have really impressed us. Weekly detailed and accurate expense accounting reports. Weekly picture gallery of construction progress. Extensive use of internet communication to make selections of furniture, tiles, cabinet design etc. The ease in which we were able to get hold of you if we had any questions or concerns. Your relentless pursuing of the best quality and price for each item purchased. The design ideas that you have brought forward from day one were always very positive and made the project into the spectacular home it is today. We are also grateful that the total construction cost was kept under proposed budget.

Needless to say, because we were so satisfied with our working relationship with your company we have already referred your services to couple of our friends. Speaking to them they are also satisfied with the way your company is constructing their homes. We will always recommend MarCor Masters to our friends and acquaintances.

Furthermore, the positive experience that we had with MarCor Masters has let us purchase a second lot for which we are already designing building plans. Of course, MarCor Masters are the ones who will once again build for us yet another magnificent home.

We purchased our Fundadores lot in late 2007 and spent the entire next year interviewing Mexican builders. Without exception, not one would give us any idea of our construction costs. Enter Martin Siegen! Immediately we felt comfortable working on a cost “plus” basis and we liked the advantages of a Styrofoam house. Additionally, the concept of the partnership with Juan Corral sounded like a winning combination. It was also impressive that Martin would be able to buy materials, furniture, and other decorative items at a reduced cost.
Construction began and each week we received invoices along with pictures showing the latest progress. Both Martin and Juan have an excellent eye for design and after consulting with us, frequently made changes in the original architectural plan to enhance the beauty and functionality of our home. They also cheerfully include every special request from us.
Our finished home is exquisite and the beauty is truly in the details. Many thanks go to Martin and Juan. You are definitely the “Dream Team”.

I along with my wife, sister and brother-in-law just want to thank you for the great job you did on our house with the kitchen remodel, complete custom interior paint job and the exquisite interior decorating and furnishings. When we purchased this 4,000 sq.ft. home in the El Encanto de La Laguna Subdivision, it was like a blank sheet of paper and we had no idea how to get it set up and ready to start enjoying it, then we met you... After seeing your personal incredible home in Puerto Los Cabos and discussed pricing for our job we were sold.

You did a great job of redesigning our kitchen and doubling the size, new cabinetry to match the old, huge breakfast bar with accent lighting, matching tiles and granite. It turned out beautifully and made the housework 100% easier. I asked to have the house painted, you gave us a reasonable price to do so, however we got way more than expected with Venetian marble plaster walls, faux paint throughout, different themes for every room, not the typical tan walls with white ceilings... The furniture, art and chazki's that you selected are amazing. We were truly blown away with the whole package... All this for a good price and on budget with very little supervision from us.

We now have one of the nicest homes in our subdivision thanks to you...

We will recommend you to our friends and family for any future work in Cabo, and we look forward to working with you on our next project in Puerto Los Cabos.

Martin, we cannot thank you enough for the job on our condo remodel that you completed on time and on budget.

As you know, Ellen and I debated for years about what should be done and by turning it all over to you it eliminated all the conflict for us. I am sure this fact also made it go much better and faster for you and your crew. The colours, accessories and furniture blended beautifully and fit in great with our furnishings we kept.

My brother, Dave, and his wife Karen are enjoying using it as it feels brand new. They of course are in no hurry for it to sell. If the recession turns around, hopefully we can do something else together again as this has been the easiest project out of the last 6 we have done.

You are the best for gringos who are not sure what they want and cannot be here to track the progress of their project.

It is with unbridled enthusiasm that we recommend MarCor Masters as the premier construction company in the Los Cabos area.
Our very first home building experience was preceded with some trepidation. After viewing the finished casa of Martin and Cindy Siegen, in Cabo Del Sol, we knew this is what we wanted for ourselves. A narrow awesome view lot was previously purchased with mega boulders and steep terrain. The site preparation involved several months of excavation, machine work, and multiple truck loads of rock and soil transfer to carve out the base of a three story masterpiece. We were challenged by architect and design changes as the project progressed. The building process was not within our perceived budget and timeline: nevertheless, the finished property was beyond our expectations. Material and labour costs containment was foremost, however, quality was never sacrificed and all accounts payable were supported by invoice and reviewed for accuracy before payment. Social security was paid in a timely manner and the construction was always in compliance with the city codes, as well as, the requirements of the local developer. The onsite architect, Miguel Angel, was pleasantly available and attentive to questions and helped us understand the building process. Even now several months after completion, he remains accessible. Martin Siegen has superb communication skills, experience, impeccable construction and design ability, and has a vast knowledge of producing a quality home. Juan Corral’s background and actions inspires confidence and his warranted production is accompanied by a smile with a usual twinkle in his eye.
The MarCor Master team is innovative, dedicated, creative, honest, and accountable.

Hi Martin, to say we were shocked when we arrived and saw the house is an understatement. It’s magnificent! Judging by the pictures you were sending weekly we knew it would be nice but until you see it for real you can’t imagine how wonderful it really is. Everything is perfect. We all own other properties but never have any of us been able to just walk in to a home completely furnished, decorated, and ready to live in. I want to thank you and your team (and Cindy) for handling every detail that makes this CASA the best we could ever dream of. The workmanship, design and landscaping really enhance the beautiful setting of the Sea, Marina and nearby community. To anyone considering building in Cabo, Martin Siegen kindly agreed to pick up our troubled project before the obra negra was fully completed. We feel very fortunate and thank God that we met Martin at the right time. Martin is a very talented project coordinator gifted with the ability of clear vision for the full potential of a project. From the onset he assisted us in making small but significant changes and choices that have made a brilliant difference.

When decisions had to be made, he gave us his input but it was always our decision. After a while I learned to fully trust his advice as he was right 99% of time due to his vast life time experience in the field. Throughout the project Martin was our advocate, advising us of ways we could do something in a less expensive way and watching our budget. He spent many hours finding the best deals possible for us. In many cases we got higher quality materials at a fraction of the originally cost. Martin is a perfectionist by nature and the attention to detail is obvious throughout the house. We trusted Martin whole heartedly not only with our project but with our check book as we gave him signing rights on our Mexican bank accounts. Bills and invoices were presented weekly on time.

When it came time to furnish and decorate the house, he gave us access to prices that are unheard of in the furniture market. He provided us the opportunity to choose from every level of quality, style and pricing. We did all this through the internet, which could have been a very scary proposition, but having learned to trust Martin’s experience and advice we moved forward. Here again, he was invaluable, patiently answering my myriad of e-mails, allowing us to make our own choices, but guiding us along the way to make sure we did not make costly mistakes.

It is evident that Martin put his heart and soul into our house as it is beyond our family’s expectations. If we ever do this again, we would not hesitate to let Martin guide our project. It would be a mistake to choose anyone else. As a bonus we have had the pleasure to get to know Martin and Cindy on a personal level. They have been most gracious and hospitable during our trips to Cabo and continue to assist us in many ways that are not part of their job description.

My wife and I have undertaken several home construction projects in our lifetimes including two most recently in Cabo in which we employed two different contractors. The first project, a simple renovation that should have been straightforward quite easily represents the most frustrating experience we have ever had. Generally speaking, builders are a dime a dozen; (no offense) particularly when markets are hot. They just spring up.

Customer service, integrity, craftmanship, creativity, leadership...these are the qualities that customers looks for when they are considering a builder (and they're rare).

All I can say is that I've known Martin for 25 years+. I have been in many, many of his homes; and they have all been spectacular. Knowing Martin for this many years; I have seen both his progression as a BUILDER and the evolution and maturity of his extraordinary DESIGN talent over time. That being said, at the end of the day, you're still wondering if you will have an excellent product and feel as if you got good value for your money — YES! & YES! Moreover, you will likely make a SIGNIFICANT amount of equity INSTANTLY because he has a gift of knowing how to INVEST a customers money so they generate a RETURN. If that interests you, I suggest you follow his lead more often than not throughout the entire process. Could you really ask for anything more?

So Is Martin a good builder? MORE than that. He's an EXCEPTIONAL builder. If you are his neighbor, you are very fortunate. I mean VERY fortunate. You won't find a builder like him in Cabo, period. Go for it. I certainly plan to....just need to sell a few more cakes...

I met Martin about 4 years ago on one of my trips to Cabo thru his wife and we became friends. Whenever I came down he would always take me golfing, as well as, show me the building activity in Cabo. We toured many subdivisions looking at the different homes and quality of construction. None of the homes could compare to the quality and workmanship that went into his homes. He kept on telling me to build in Cabo as the real estate market was on fire. Being from Canada at that time, our dollar was worth about 64 cents US. Well now that our dollar has strengthened, we took the plunge and bought the lot and the easiest decision was have Martin build our home. We communicate all the time and if the first time I see our home is when its complete, I know we are going to love it.

It’s just about 12 months since I made the decision to buy a lot in La Noria, Puerto los Cabos with the idea of building a really nice home there for my retirement.

The initial paperwork for acquisition of the lot took a few months to complete during which time I met a couple of Architects / Builders before making the decision to go with you guys for the design and construction of the house. We are now 5 months into construction and at this moment in time the structures of the house, garage, pool and all pipe runs are completed.

I must say I am really happy with the way things are going. The design of the house is great, construction has been rapid, build quality is of a high standard, and costs are fair and reasonable. I have seen two other homes you have built at Puerto los Cabos both of which are impressive and delightful and which set the standards for others to follow.

I have known Martin for over 25 years. Being from Calgary, I have seen the quality and workmanship that goes into his homes, both in Calgary and in Cabo.
